WWE NXT Demo For 8/13 Episode Higher Than Initially Reported

Contrary to what was first reported, the WWE NXT demo rating for the August 13 program was higher.

Wrestlenomics reports that Tuesday’s WWE NXT show received a 0.17 rating in the 18 to 49 age group, as opposed to the 0.14 that was first reported. The number of watchers, 617,000, does not change.

“WWE NXT, Aug. 13 on USA Network: 617,000 viewers; 0.17 P18-49 rating | TV ratings analysis,” tweeted Wrestlenomics.

NXT Champion Ethan Page gave a promo at the start of this week’s WWE NXT broadcast. Joe Hendry of TNA Wrestling interrupted him, and after Wes Lee attacked him, Page was able to get away.

Charlie Dempsey won back the NXT Heritage Cup by defeating Tony D’Angelo.

In addition, Lola Vice participated and defeated Tatum Paxley. Kelani Jordan, the NXT Women’s North American Champion, was attacked by Wendy Choo when she was at ringside.

In the main event, Axiom and Nathan Frazer lost to Andre Chase and Ridge Holland, who went on to win the NXT Tag Team Championship. Chase U rejoiced as the show came to an end.
